Federal contract notices live in one system. State funding lives in fifty others that never talk to it. Development bank tenders live somewhere else entirely, and most are posted before anyone can bid. Dowser watches all of it, decodes it, and puts the ones you can actually win in front of you.
Live record counts. EV charging is a vertical we broker; the rest are sectors we can count by official NAICS and PSC code. Counts are a floor, not a market size — work coded generically is not counted here.

What is in the corpus right now
Every figure on this page is read from the database when the page loads. None is hardcoded, estimated or rounded for effect. If a query fails, the figure is omitted rather than replaced with a placeholder. Most recent collection: .
What we actually watch
Right now that is 26 state sources across 19 states, alongside the federal feeds. This is not national coverage and it is not all fifty states. State funding is the hard part precisely because every state publishes differently — some behind a login, some only after JavaScript runs, some not in a machine-readable form at all. We add states as we establish a reliable channel to them, and we would rather name the 19 we genuinely watch than claim fifty we do not.
Decoded, not just collected
A notice arrives as an agency name, a procurement code and a wall of prose. Dowser resolves the codes, tags the sector, pulls out the named agency contact and tracks amendments, so a notice you can bid on looks different from one you cannot.
